Day 12 — the part nobody films.

Woke up flat. Didn't want to pray. Didn't want to train. Did both anyway. Opened the Apex pipeline and the client deliverable was uglier than I remembered. Obedience isn't a vibe — it's showing up when the fuel tank reads empty.
